The Incident
On Friday, 6/12/26 Giants pitchers Landen Roupp, JT Brubaker, Ryan Walker and Sam Hentges protested Pride Night at Oracle Park by writing a Bible verse on their hats during the game. Genesis 9:12-16, which describes God's creation of the rainbow, has been used recently by professional athletes to protest LGBTQ+ representation in sports.
Fundraiser
Giant Pride offers fans an option to get Giants Pride merchandise and support LGBTQ+ fans and athletes without supporting the negligent Giants organization which has done so little to address this incident.
